Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

I hate to bother you demoradicals with FACTS but:
Since the US is not in a declared war, it is impossible to commit treason against it. And the DECLARED part is important. Jane Fonda would have been charged with treason during the Vietnam war except that Congress inconveniently neglected to declare war.

But, pray tell, what did Scalia do that came even close to that definition?
