They will go back up once people realize that the SMOP warrants will now be perpetual warrants on the new PEX.

The combined companies at todays closing prices will be trading at less than 3 times cash flow, have a concentration in NG, and will be large enough to attract coverage.

The deal should be very accretive to PEX, and should help them do well.

I have a zero basis in my warrants, so I plan to hold then until after the deal is closed.
