Yes, I have. FeRAM has advantages and disadvantages, Unlike EEPROM that can be written a large number of times (10,000 to 100,000 or so), but is not "infinite", FeRAM has no upper limits on the number of writes to a cell. Of course, the fact that it mixes Si and magnetic technologies on the same chip makes it much more expensive to produce than a pure Si chip. For most applications that are now served by flash, 10,000 to 100,000 writes cycle are many times over the life cycle of the target end products.
