but I think the Fed is definitely not going to act next week ... is there that much change between Tuesday when they issue their policy and now, NO ... they will wait until December closes and see 1) what the real earnings is for those that reports in the first couple of weeks in January and more importantly 2) look at the retail data including all of the December sales, if we have a robust weekends before and after Christmas, you might 'NOT' get a rate cut ... If we don't get a rate cut, hehehe, all hell will break lose ... because the rate cut is already priced in this market ... I also think the volatility is going to kill the market ... I think only the traders will enjoy a day of down 180 on Tuesday and up 180 on Friday ...
