The wheels of Justice may grind slow, selective
and at times be more subjective than objective.
This is the nature of this Beast we use when its purpose
is to settle a dispute or grievence or just simply to obtain
a degree and taste of something like revenge, Ni4Ni.
The courts follow the laws created by men and woman so that
activities and events counter to what society deems correct
can be dealt with in a manner to correct or punish.
Where the usa tax system is large and difficult to administrate
so is the legal system, and for the same reason.
A flat tax would be easy to implement,
but there is a catch in that its too transparent
and too easy to understand for certain persons & places.
Some folks and companies would be unable to get the same "deal"
as they get now with a tax system that allows them to not only
introduce modifications to it, but to exercise parts of it
in a manner that its not clear what they have done so that
if questioned they can smile and "beat the system."
Can not have a "flat" legal system, but it could be less
in that more straight forward to prevent special conditions
being written into it for a special agenda of someone or thing.
So its "user beware" in that if you are going to use either
the tax or legal system in a way unusual or for an agenda
that will cause others in a catagory of Powers that Be,
then you must know the ways the law can be used for you
and against you. Also, persons places and things outside
the structure of the legal system have to be included
in your game plan, for example if there really is a huge
short position in physical gold and you wish to obtain
wealth through that unstable situation then you need
both the means to play the markets and a method to prevent
any action taken that will let the shorts escape. Also,
as another example, if the ESF used by clinSin + tres sec
has criminal activity recorded in its log then you need
a way to obtain access, and if the Dem Party is able to
prevent you access then you need help, as in the Rep Party.
But that may not be in their interest if it causes too much
trouble in the usa economy and they are blamed. So what to do
may be to deal them a trade off so that even if they lose out
in the ESF scandal then gain a larger amount in a reward
in the form of getting dirt on the clinSin Administartion
so that once and for all they can punish him and get that
satisfaction and good feeling one cannot place a dollar amount on.
Sometimes in extreme situations a person will be willing
to lose a finger just so their enemy loses his head.
Over the following days i will reduce the complaint
and place it on this thread so that each piece can be read
and discussed. This will be done so that The Bird and Hutch
and Ron-Ron and Bob can stop laying on their backs and pee'ing
upwards into the skys making like a water fountain.
Most likely they will ignore that whats falls upon them stinks
and tell everyone its a nice pollution free Spring rain.

called to discuss a response time. Of note was that
it was a New York Federal Reserve attorney,
not a Justice Department attorney.
McDonough's attorney was going to relay what Reg told him
to Alan Greenspan's attorney, a Federal Reserve attorney.
The drama is going to be high indeed.
