To All: A correction has been made in regards to yesterdays WSJ release. Dow Jones News Service -- June 27, 1996 CORRECT: Amati, NEC To Make High-Speed Digital Chips Amati Communications Corp. (AMTX) and NEC Corp. (NIPNY) agreed to work together to develop high-speed digital chips for the multi-channel broadcast-video industry. In a story yesterday, it was incorrectly reported that the companies would develop high-speed cable systems.
