I have recently dumped my Seaview position (over 5000 shares). Lost my
butt!!! And I'm furious over this fraud.

I have found your story to be very informative. I have had funny feelings
about my investment, but could not justify them. It seemed like every press
release was sugar coated and no mention of shipments or significant
production. The AMEX listing has always bothered me because nothing ever
happened. I live about 15 minutes from the SeaView headquarters, and have
been there twice to look at the facilities. I've spoken with JR Cox (in
Sept) about a possible job of handling their computer systems (I'm a
software developer).

Has anyone filed anything with the Attorney General of Florida? Or
initiated a government or securities and exchange investigation? I got the
number of a Florida Government Agency that investigates this kind of thing.
I have to wait until next week to call. 1-800-848-3792.

ADVICE FROM A@P<-----------If I were you knuckle heads, I'd pull out your checkbook, liquidate your two airplanes, That big fancy Boat of yours, your realestate, give back the 600K loan you took from SEVU coffers and start by cutting this guy a check for his losses..

Then get on your knees and demand forgiveness and then hope and pray I'm satisfied and hope you dont get sued by the SEC and then Indicted..
