The reason is.... you are still referencing Boston02. Forget the tag on the end, this is the important part:

Server=64.14.75.22:23100 <snipped short>

You need to change the number right before the colon... 2 in this case. Replace it with a 3 like this Server=64.14.75.23: and see what happens....
