Now people claim Cramer is spreading bogus rumors. What a crock. Very few people in his position talk about the internals of the market and how the game is played. He's only commenting on what he sees and hears from other traders and his sell side support. If he didn't, people here would be wondering what the hell is driving JDSU down. People finally get an insider to talk about the markets and all they can do is complain because they don't like what they hear. Well that doesn't mean there aren't 100 other traders and fund managers saying and thinking the same thing behind closed doors.

The guy's had a great record with only one underperforming year in his career. What impresses me about him is that he tells it as he sees it regardless of how much he'll get slammed for it.

And don't kid yourself, there are a so many people following his every move that he would be investigated in a heart beat if he was touting or slamming stocks just to benefit his own positions. Can't people here read, he says "no position" in JDSU.
