Season greetings Don. Hope this was a lot better year for you than that poor programer for MSFT. I played the short side of if on the way down but I was shocked how much and how quick it gave even after the Bush factor was known. Ballmer acknowledging their intent to increase wages will most likely be the start of a trend in the high tech industry IMO. Working for deflated bubble options will no longer be incentive enough to accept low guaranteed salaries. That strategy has kept wage inflation low but going forward I suspect to see some inflationary pressures begin to build.
