InfoStream,

Speaking as a California consumer who's pretty power conservative in his daily habits, I think it should be PG&E's and Edison's shareholders and management that get hurt. Particularly the latter. The failure to secure long term contracts or hedge with futures with such a long foreseen sea change in their operating environment coming, was simply a horrible business decision. But I'm talking through my hat. I can't say I've looked into it deeply. All I can say is I like APWR in the low 20s. As for bubble, you're right. But all it would take is an escalation of hostility in the Middle East to blow an even bigger one.

Cheers, Tuck
