Isn't any stock always appropriately priced? As the theory to which I subscribe indicates that at any point in time a stock price is determined by the entirety of market forces including, but not limited to, fear, greed,supply,demand,macro-economic issues such as interest rates, fed policy, foreign economic health, doomsday predictions.
