Cummings: You disappoint me. Whenever Repubs run out of ways to rebut the fact that GWB lost the popular vote by 500,000 votes, they roll out (drum roll please) "The Map."

If pronghorn antelope and prairie dogs could vote, then "The Map" would be meaningful.
