Hi Mike, Hope you are having a nice weekend. I am sitting here waiting for it to stop raining so I can meet some friends up at the dog park. I will give it another 1/2 hour and if it does not stop, we will go anyway. Poor Zak has not been at the park for over a week. Well, I am glad you are not mad at me.<g> I suspect we agree with basic principles. I just do not want people to overly depend on the government to effect what individuals/families/churches/organizations should be doing. There has to be a way to make all of us more responsible. If I ever think of it, I will let you know... Stay warm and have a fun holiday weekend. Susan
