Where does one invest? Bonds? Seems risky right now with dollar and rates already factored in. My Dilema is waiting till this stupid bear market is over to re-appropriate my portfolio. I also have alot of extra time on my hands(by the way it was 138) But thanks for the note of advise. Oh yah NYC aint cheap either <g>
