I think we are close to 30 % already and headed to 40 %.
Of the board of directors (I don't remember how many
are on pinnacle maybe 7?), but at least 2 are supporting Federation.
With 30 % of shares, Federation can name 2 more, and
therefore will control the board (for sure with 40 %).

Also, in Australia, tendered shares cannot be returned
to the tenderer.

I haven't myself bought any recently, but probably
would if I had free cash. Bob Bishop has been very
high on the stock.
