There's something enhanced or wrong with that photo. I live in Toronto and usually get down south at least once a year. I love sitting in the window seat of the plane. Toronto for sure is one of the most lit up spots on the trip. I was just in Argentina and Chile last spring. No way do they outdo TO . They do on your photo. Not true, IMHO.
North Eastern USA , is well lit. Not the whole of Eastern US. Mexico and SA , have only small blips in reality.
