I think people are still thinking about Nasdaq rallies in terms of what we had last year and in the beginning of this year. I don't think this will happen again. At least in the foreseeable future.

However if the economy continues growing at a slower pace we most likely will see a nice and steady uptrend with occassional corrections.

Techs aren't going away. You may bet on it.

As for CSCO, JDSU, JNPR and others, ... well, ... you can't make valuation of every single stock perfect. I'm sure that basic forces of supply and demand will eventually have them trading at the levels they will deserve according to their fundamentals.
