Hey Everyone Mani has banned me from posting on his AMD thread, he thought it was so important to notify everyone of his decision that he changed the Subject description to reflect my ban..I thought it was hilarious so I copied and pasted it...i mean why not just ban me and not say anything?? Its not like Im a big poster on his AMD thread,, as a matter of a fact Ive only posted there once to scorch and flame The scumbag , flea ridden Chump analyst from NEEDHAM who posted there.It's not as If Id ever post there again..But Mani needed a little attention so lets all take a minute and recognize Mani's power to ban me from something. Read The last sentence, try not to get all misty or bust a gut laughing

This is a thread for thoughts and news concerning AMD and overall semiconductor industry. It is intended to help the participants get relevant info on AMD in order to maximize profit in least amount of time possible.
The rules are simple. No off topic post, no insults, personal attacks or name calling. You MUST be courteous to others. Everyone is welcomed.
If the violation to the rules is "obvious", I will ban that person. I will lift the ban if I get at least 3 objections. Otherwise, the procedures for suspension are as follows. I must get 5 unique (from different persons) "nomination" for suspension via private message. I then make a post for a vote and you have 48 hours to vote, via PM or email. It will take more than 50% for a suspension. First suspension is for 2 weeks, second one is for one month and next one is permanent. Only SI members can nominate a person for suspension, but the voting is also open to non-members. They can emial me at manisd@yahoo.com I may remind people of the rules (once again, no off topic post, no insults, personal attacks or name calling) from time to time but those do not have any influence on the suspension procedure.
