Hi Howard,
I don't know. I will try to find out, but given that GALT is in gigabit ether processor company and MRVL is mainly in Fiber Channel driver products and only now getting into gigabit ether drivers I doubt it.
For MRVL:
"The Company's products enable its customers to store and transmit digital information reliably and at high speeds. Marvell initially focused its core technology on the data storage market, where it provides high performance products to Seagate, Samsung, Hitachi, Fujitsu and Toshiba, who as a group accounted for 99% of the Company's sales in fiscal 1999, 98% of sales in fiscal 2000 and 97% of sales in the first quarter of fiscal 2001 "
I would look more at companies like PWAV, ANAD, SMDI, SPCT as more possible candidates. PWAV, SMDI and SPCT make power amplifiers for RF systems. ANAD make high speed GaAs products for RF systems.
Merry Christmas. Here to healthier and wealthier 2001. |
