Yeah, but you know we had less of a percentage decline on the Nasdaq stocks back in Fall, 1998, but BEARX went to $9.

Can't figure out what's holding it back this year except that Tice was unwilling to hold enough aggressive short positions back in March.

But overall, he's done alright this year and it seems he has gotten past his fascination with gold for the short-term.
