congrats on the new thread aloha, good luck and I want to wish you great success. You are a good man.

now to market gobbly goo...

As much as I prefer shorting , it feels like a time for buying some dips for a spell (the first might be Tuesday morning if we open higher first and profit taking comes in). This is also an ideal time to shop for tax loss sold stocks that have been murdered. This years' pickins should bet the best we've seen in a while, for percentage gainers.

If the Naz does run to 3300-3500 near term, quality big name stocks like JNPR AMCC NTAP BRCM PMCS should have moves of 25%-50%. As for the really beaten down under $10 crowd, if chosen wisely, should see 100% moves between now and mid Jan. due to the annihilation there.

I think that's where we can get our most leverage.

That said, there will still be some good shorting along the way. Let's not get too exuberant here.

Safe and Happy Holidays to all
