Thanks for those wonderful tips -
Now I feel like a REAL contrarian - I've managed to do just the opposite of everything you've pointed out (except follow the herd)!! You know, bought when I shoulda sold, and sold when I shoulda bought!! Hopefully by the time I really need these investments to payoff, I'll have learned enough to be less dangerous.
