TW, I kind of figured you had, but wanted to offer my 2 cents. naturally it took the credit card with no problem whatsoever Naturally. <ng> but the "new" account also does not log on. Jeez... I was just logged on to sunnyvale9 and could only get 40 minute charts, no 25 or 5 min. So, I closed, dumped the temp folder and erased the cc.ini and tried to log in. Old password didn't work, but new one did and logged me into mtnview2. I get tired of dancing through hoops with this product. Good luck! arno
