TV - I'm done fighting it. Wcdma appears to ready sooner than many thought

Thanks for the post. You may well be right but really WE haven't been able to fight. The fighting has had to be done by Dr J and the team.

I believe that the Q's position is and has been that while W-CDMA will work CDMA2000 is more efficient, probably easier to deploy and develop, cheaper and generally much better. Is that your understanding?

In the US, Japan, Canada, (maybe China) and sooner or later Korea at least we are going to see this scenario played out as the two systems are going to be deployed. These countries are free of political blackmail and so we will see the differnce in the service and facilities.

It is going to be fun especailly if Dr Jacobs knows what he is talking about and I for one believe he does.

Still no news from Korea on the working of the 1x system. Korea is the first country in the World to deploy 3G. It is there right now. How is it going? What news? How many subscribers?

News news news from Korea anyone heard anything?

Best regards,

L
