Rick,
It does appear that Elan has cut a good deal for themselves, but their history shows that they are hardnosed negotiators. With that said.... their expertise and money should speed the process to getting a drug approved.

But as you have pointed out...the thing about INCR that is most exciting is their antioxidant program. My feeble brain(probably the lack of oxygen)couldn't start to calculate the revenue potential for INCR, when one realizes that just here in the "good-old USA", we have approximately 700,000 people annually suffering strokes.

Help me with this statement from their website.."In a model stroke, where the middle cerebral artery of a rat is blocked for 90 minutes and then unblocked, AEOL 10113 reduced damaged brain tissue significantly when introduced as late as 7 1/2 hours after the start of the stroke." Is it realistic to think that in humans they can get the same result after 7 1/2 hours? Would not the average human be dead from such a blockage well before 7 1/2 hours?

Will be interesting to see who INCR might partner this program with. Now that partnership announcement should put a little spark to the share prices!

Thanks for bringing INCR to my attention. I'm looking forward to the market opening on Tuesday...
