Chip, you've identified several of the potential
problems that may develop as we move deeper into 2001,
The 4 year cycle has been pretty reliable in bottoming every
4 years, 1998,1994,1990,1986, 1982 etc and it's scheduled to
bottom in 2002, and we could see it's depressing affects
later in 2001.

The decline in Crude from the mid 30's seems to have reduced
the need for USDollars,as Crude is denominated in USD and
more seem to be needed overseas, when the price is higher.
