Wall Street rarely gives money away. but it happens occasionally. To wit -- the heavily tech-oriented Japanese market almost always follows big moves in the NAZ -- both up and down.

Observing the big move in the NAZ Friday, I bought the leveraged Rydex Japan Fund on the assumption that the Nikkei would again follow the NAZ. And sure enough the Nikkei jumped nearly 4% today.

Much safer to buy the lagging Japanese market on big NAZ updays than to chase QQQ.
