OK but I couldn't see much about it on their web sites. I would have thought they would trumpet 144Kbps and that they are the most advanced in the World but I couldn't find it on their web sites.

That is a mystery to me. My guess is a combination of the fact that SKT is restricted from expanding and is evluating the advantages it could gain with its relationship with NTT.
