barb, even after getting a settlement, what's actually left for s/h makes the effort worthless --that's if the s/h is looking for monetary compensation. Until the courts fix this lawyer-get-rich-first mentality of a pre-set compensation fee, rather than having it set by the courts after a settlement is reached (based on time lawyer spent, etc), which is starting to happen now, albeit crawly, shareholders will just have to smile knowing there was some payback (...from the company's part, at least). oh well. happy holidays, marty
