Mike M, one of the problems I have buying and holding any tech stock overnight is the chance that it may warn or some company in the sector may warn or perhaps a company that is a customer will warn .. etc etc ... With the new disclosure rules ... the grace period that existed whereby analysts would extract their big customers whilst their money managers would simultaneously support the stock price ... usually provided at least one opportunity for an exit. Now ... the news comes out and everyone's charging for the exit at the same time. Its never been a more dangerous time to hold tech stocks - especially with the economy, capex and consumer spending all slowing and the cahnces for warnings coming thick and fast. The first week of January could be a disaster waiting to happen imho .....

Regards

Stephen
