Stefan,

Hmm. Well, I did export some files for tax year 99 but then I, too, had some difficulty trying to get everything to come out right. I thought I was too dense or too hurried to figure it out and I was a little frosted by Quicken's tech support (they wanted to charge me) so I ended up returning it. That would be funny if nobody could make it work, but I suspect you and I missed something in the instructions. And unfortunately you have to go through Quicken for support because Datek doesn't seem to know anything about it.

This is a huge drawback to Datek, by the way, if you plan on making too many trades to comfortably count them yourself: Datek does not add up all your buys and sells for you like a daytrading broker (or at least Datek didn't last year). That was why I got the Quicken in the first place. Good luck.
