Yeah well, I had a mid-grade Pedroncelli Sangiovese (and 5 other California wines) that probably blew the doors off that overpriced Tuscan spaghetti bender swill. And that was at an impoverished SF 'dot com' household! (with marginal taste) <g> I just got back from Christmas dinner in the city. It's kinda funny. The Jr. Accountant boyfriend of my friend in .com advertising who last year was talking 'burn rate' nonsense and being excited about the investment opportunities in an online greeting card business (now defuct, I think), is now backed away from attempting to explain 'burn rates' to me and being excited about stock options and going public, and is now working DISASSEMBLING .com companies, taking them chapter 7 and laying off the employees. He seems really flexible. Either way, he's working. Suddenly, it's all the same to him. <g> -JCJ
