From Alex Brown: "He told clients in a research note that recent channel checks indicated, "the availability of a range of passive components has eased materially." As a result, meeting revenue estimates for the quarter ending March 2001 "could be a challenge." does statement "increase materially" means that there is excess of components or vendors who are at the end of waiting line for components have to wait 4 months instead of 6. Did they checked all vendors or just one or two (Lucent?) Why GLW which reported to analysts two weeks ago and for sure have better view then Alex Brown, was so optimistic about components business going forward? ZO
