The December 11 high to the December 15 low projects to Tuesday, December 26 at 3:00 PM CST. Expect a trend change at that time. The small wave from the Friday, December 15 low to the Monday, December 19 high projects to Tuesday, December 26 at noon CST. Expect a trend change at that time. The last wave from the December 19 high to the December 21 low projects to Tuesday, December 26 at noon CST. Please note.....all three waves point to the same day after Christmas. The simplistic interpretation would be to expect a high, if the rally of the past two days extends into midday on Tuesday. If, on the other hand, there is weakness into Tuesday noon, expect a turn higher. (The latter scenario is much more bullish!) A quick move down on Tuesday that fills Friday morning's gap without violating Thursday's low would be a nice setup for a reversal.
