But Schwab says that after you initially submit a market order and it comes back with a quote, and you click "submit", within 2 minutes, then they are required to give you the price quoted,

I don't understand that...can you tell me where in my eSchwab software I can find this spelled out? My understanding was that the quote was just a basis to calculate your accounts ability to make the buy...not assurance of your purchase price.
