I think the chart chasers are saying the 27 th is the day, who knows if it is cycle high or low. Ask Heinz, he is keeping track of all this crap.

Tax related stuff is all over, so you need to find a new straw man to 'esplain things. And if people have shifted 401k contributions to money market/bonds, watch out come Jan. There won't be that massive inflow come the new accounting year.
