This thread is so pre-occupied with Cramer. If you want to know more about the man, what makes him think, the CNBC issues, and his trading philosophies, do some research and read the book, below, about WS/CNBC/sell-side analyst/etc, which includes quite a bit about him.
This book, just released, explores everything we've just lived through over the last 3 years in this market. You read about stocks you've bought and sold, and all the emotional rollercoasters. It's quite interesting, and it's a fairly fast read (meaning: engrossing.)
You'll also learn about how you are manipulated. Not by Cramer. By some sell-side analysts. If you believe these some of guys after you read this book, you do so at your own peril.
"The Fortune Tellers, Inside Wall Street's Game"
Enjoy it.
