I've noticed sometimes has a bullish call on his newsletter and a bearish call in his telephone hotline. It's no wonder some of these guys are on the top ten timers list. The break to new lows by a significant margin last week reset the timing for a "W" bottom, typically two to four weeks apart in two or more spike lows.
