They are very unusual in that they are perpetual and therefore do not have an expiration date. They have a strike price of $4.21, and since the merger is price at $4.71 in cash or stock, they should in theory be $.50 in the money if the deal were to close today.

Since they are perpetual, once the deal closes they should also carry a large premium.
