mr.mark glad everything turned out ok and I'm glad you posted it but I do have a couple of questions. Maybe a web-based virus scan would help for the aol problem? If his aol buddy also has a problem using the cd-rom this may be the best route to take. Here's a couple he can try. On Pitstop the virus scan is listed on the left border of the page. pcpitstop.com housecall.antivirus.com mcafee.com Looks like mcafee would have found keypanic vil.nai.com Then we can install norton! tc :-)
