Shooting was in Edgewater internet consulting firm. This in fact may be market related now that I heard that. Likely he either was "scaled down" or else is one of those who owes more taxes on his options than the stock is worth.
Preliminary reports are that 7 are dead.
As for the market, ZTRIN has been eroding all day but some stocks are trying to buck the trend. CSCO is trying to move up but PMCS, QLGC, NETE, CTXS, NTAP, RMBS, SUNW, WMT, EMC, GLW, QCOM, ORCL, and RFMD are all down over 4% now. There is no 4 ticker leadership on my screen.
EDIT - I thought CSCO was moving up since it wasn't near the other low stocks on my screen but I see it is near the low of the day and is just not off as much percentage wise as the others I was grouping together as weak. TRIN is now up to 1.08. Not good.
