Funny, because no part of the Per Curium majority opinion reflects more than 5 judges joining in the majority. And the dissents do not say "concurring in part and dissenting in part" as they normally would when the dissenters join the majority opinion in any way.

It was 5-4. And the 4 dissents were among the most scathing dissents ever written in 200+ years of Supreme Court jurisprudence. I guess you guys count Supreme Court votes the way you count presidential votes -- with your thumb on the scale for Bush.

He may be the president in January, but to be president-elect, it helps to actually win. I consider him to be President-appoint.
