Art, After reading a couple of paragraphs from your post, I was thinking to myself "Gee, this guy knows what he's talking about". Then as I read more, the reason became clear. Thanks for a very informative and intelligent post. As an aside, I live in Michigan, and my most recent gas bill showed $2.80 per unit. Which is less than 1/3 of the current price in California. I wonder when (or if) the price increase will be applied here ? Regards, Sarmad
