HI Chuck: I think Bishop is saying his view that it is a pipe was reinforced with the second hole., obviously until Winspear calls it a pipe., he is speculating. Abers pipes., 154S and 154N when discovered early on., there was speculation that this was one pipe., until they intersected a raft between the two., and started to realize that these were two distinct lobes., and pipe configurations. As in MPV situation., the pipe configuration is dogboned shape., also not indicative of a circular pipe foprmation. Whether these two holes., will meet the typical pipe formation., being circular or oblong remains to be seen., At this point 100M intersections indicate substantial tonnage., visible diamond in the core indicate substantial diamond counts., so 2 early hurdles have been passed. As far as overburden on Abers pipes., I seem to recall 35 to 45M meters of overburden was encountered in 154S and North pipes., I might also add that Visible diamonds in the core were not encountered in A-21 until quite later in the drill program. I seem to recall 6 or 7 holes were drilled prior to VD announcements., Of all Abers pipes., I seem to recall 418 having the earliest report of VD in the core., which indicates a propensity for high grades which should be reinforced when the bulk sample results are reported this month.
OFF Topic: We went and got some hot wings., from KFC and watched the Stanley finals., the dinner was appropriate in light of last nights outcome. The Wings in 6. George |
