That's only because you have to cook every day
and because children don't make the best
guinea pigs.:-)

My mom's role in our Christmas feast was to make
chicken and beef cutlets because she knew all the
kids wouldn't eat some of the other offerings.
Similarly, one of my sisters contributed chicken
enchiladas....
