it's actually remarkable that these huge infusions of liquidity seem to have little effect on the market. Noland's theory of the diminishing effect of reliquefications in practice. note that MZM has been expanding at break-neck pace once again, and that one normally correlates nicely with stocks. so where is the money going? to pay off old debt, or prop up debtors close to default? that's what Chase is doing with XRX e.g.

or maybe it went directly to the Californicated utilities...
