T, I read the boilerplate the same way you do, but I don't trust it. Lawyers can always find a way around it and it is turgid enough prose for multiple loopholes. However, that being said, I don't know why the lawyers would want to find a loophole. The co. can use the extra influx into capital the warrants would bring and they get to keep the cash as a sort of interest free loan until that happens. If they are in perpuity, then there is no reason for anyone to ever exercise.

BTW, I wouldn't spend an hour reading stuff like this for any amount of money. 5 minutes is instant Sominex for me. <g>
