Does Esperantu include some African languages from the Bantu people. Esperanto is effectively Dead. It will be English as the world language. I realise that Europe was made up of multiple countries and the 2 World Wars were not true civil wars. I was making the point that Europe had their wars before they united. The US waited until they got together. England has had several civil wars. The Houses of Lancaster and York, Cromwell and King Charles. I will even suggest that England's wars with France were also civil wars as the Normans were running England and a good bit of France, Aquitaine, and the French revolted, Joan of Arc etc.
BTW The only time the US invaded Canada, the US suffered its first ignominious defeat.

BTW2 I played a neat game on Christmas day called "MOOT". The players all six of us played against the house, no vicious sides, and the game allowed the cook to play as well. A Word game of course. Much better than Trivial Pursuit.
