Airbomb.com (AIR CDNX / ABOM NASDAQ) has beefed up their board today
with the appointment of Tony Ellsworth to the board of directors. Mr.
Ellsworth is the president of Ellsworth Handcrafted Bicycles, the third
largest specialty bicycle company in the United States. Mr. Ellsworth
is also a registered representative and former broker and financial
consultant for Merrill Lynch. To make room for Mr. Ellsworth, Dennis
Higgs has resigned from the board. In other news, Airbomb.com has
reduced the price of 1,500,000 outstanding share purchase warrants. The
new exercise price is $0.41 until Jan 5, 2002. Airbomb.com is currently
rated a buy and is under review.
